WIZZ Priority Baggage Benefits

Passengers can take two bags onboard if they add WIZZ Priority to their booking. One is stored underneath the front seat and the other is stowed in the overhead compartment. However, the size of the bags must remain according to the Wizz Air Baggage Allowance. The carry-on must be under 40 x 30 x 20 cm and an extra trolley bag must be under 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Wizz Air Hand Baggage Allowance

Wizz Air carry on baggage allowance states that passengers can bring a bag of up to 10kg on board for free. Baggage with excess weight can be subjected to inspection and gate check-in. The Wizz Air carry on size should be in accordance with 40 x 30 x 20 cm. Any baggage exceeding these limits must be checked in for a fee. Guidelines for Carrying Liquid-based Items in Cabin Bag

If you are carrying liquid items in Wizz Air cabin baggage, there are some restrictions you must know. For the safety of passengers and crew members on board, the government has imposed the following restrictions on liquid substances:

• You can travel with liquid items stored in a container with a maximum volume of 100 mL.
• The container should be stored in a transparent one-liter plastic bag of 20×20 cm dimension. It should be resealable and packed correctly ensuring no leakage.

Items Restricted on Carry-on and Checked Bags

Wizz Air Sports Equipment Terms and Conditions

Passengers can carry their sports equipment against for Wizz Air Sports Equipment baggage fee. The airline does not provide any packaging material. Thus, it is the responsibility of the passenger to pack the equipment correctly to prevent any damage or loss. If the packaging is not appropriate for travel, the airline will refuse to transport it.

• Ski, snowboard, surf equipment, and golf bags packed. Pack the equipment in a pouch. 
• Jumping poles are accepted for carriage only when you submit them packed in textile sacks.
• Bicycles in travel cases, detach the wheels and pedals, and turn the handlebar parallel. 
• For diving equipment, make sure to empty the diving cylinders and remove the power source.

Policy for Traveling with Guide and Assistance Dogs

Wizz Air does not permit pets on board except for guide and assistance dogs. The airline permits guided dogs with no additional cost as per the law of the Ministry of Social and Labour Affairs for disabled passengers. This is applicable on flights within the European Union and flights within the countries of the European Union. The airline accepts only one dog per flight and does not offer additional seats. Nevertheless, passengers are responsible for informing the airline in advance of their plan to travel with an assistance dog.
