Air Arabia baggage allowance allows its customers to carry a cabin bag for free if it complies with the restrictions. Air Arabia Hand Baggage Allowance

Air Arabia Hand Baggage Allowance lets passengers carry a cabin bag for free if it is under 10kg and within 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. Include handles, pockets, and wheels while calculating the size of the bag. However, if you have bought a fare bundle, you can only bring a small bag of 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm. This bag should fit the space under the front seat. If the bag is unable to fit the given space or you bring an additional piece of a bag, the airline will charge EUR 75. If you are flying with your little ones, you would be happy to know that you get an infant baggage allowance in Air Arabia. The airline offers one standard-sized bag to infants under two years of age. It can be an item that is needed during the flight as well. 

Air Arabia Baggage Limit for Liquid-based Items

Passengers must be aware of some restrictions that are levied on liquid-based items, gel, or pastes carried in the cabin bag. Note that these restrictions are applied on flights departing from Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. According to Air Arabia baggage policy, these items are permitted inside the flight cabin if packed in containers with a capacity of up to 100mL each. It is not acceptable to bring larger containers filled partly. Its capacity should not be more than the limit.

Afterwards, you can pack these containers in a single plastic bag under 20 cm x 20 cm dimensions. It should be transparent so that it can run easily through the security checkpoint. Ensure you get a resealable bag for this purpose. This should be able to fit easily into your cabin bag. If your route includes the Middle East, you have to pack these items in a Secure Tamper-Evident Bag (STEB). If any item does not meet the stated requirements, the airline will ask to dispose of it at the airport security stations.

Air Arabia Baggage Rules for Checked Baggage

The baggage fee is not included in the ticket; passengers can pay to add checked baggage to their booking. Passengers can book checked baggage online in advance or by contacting the call centers. Air Arabia baggage allowance offers checked bags ranging from 15kg to 40kg and 50kg. Not a single bag should weigh more than 32kg. Ensure that the sum of all sides of a bag should be under 158 cm as per the Air Arabia baggage policy.

Items NOT Allowed in Cabin and Checked Bags

Some items are entirely prohibited due to safety concerns. Passengers are not allowed to pack these items in their baggage. If found during screening, the staff has the right to cease the item. Thus, ensure that you do not bring the items listed below:

• Flammable, non-flammable, and toxic gases like butane, oxygen, propane, and aqualung cylinders. 
• Liquids and solids like lighters, heater fuels, paint, and matches, etc.
• Toxic substances include insecticides, weed killers, arsenic, and cyanide.
• Radioactive elements, substances that oxidize, and organic peroxides. 
• Firearms and explosives, for eg. handguns, automatic weapons, munitions, and ammunition.
• Mercury, acids, alkalis, and wet-cell batteries. 
• Oil used for cooking.
• Cigarettes lighters and matches. 

Air Arabia Baggage Fees for Pre-Booked Luggage

Passengers are well aware they can add checked baggage online in advance while booking the ticket or after confirming the reservation but before the scheduled departure. If you have booked a flight to or from Egypt, checked baggage allowance of up to 30 KG is totally free under Air Arabia baggage allowance.
