Pre-paid Additional Baggage Guidelines
Passengers have the option to purchase additional in advance up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The airline permits additional baggage of 23kg and 32kg for Economy and other fare classes, respectively. It is available for purchase through the online website, mobile application, airline’s office, or via the call center. If you make a purchase within 24 hours, the airline will apply excess baggage charge to the additional bag. This policy is not valid for infants, and no passenger can transfer it to another passenger.
